Chewy Triple Chippers

Sometimes you just need a cookie!

Chewy Triple Chippers.

A new cookie recipe that I tried and loved.

Why??
I used a Smart Balance buttery spread that made the difference in these cookies... oh and the triple chippers.

White chocolate.

Butterscotch.

Colored Chocolate Chips.

They were chewy.

They were moist.

They were great.

Here is the recipe...

Chewy Triple Chippers

By Carrie Perrins
* sightly adapted from Better Home and Gardens Complete Book of Baking

1/2 cup smart balance buttery spread-light {I am sure you could use regular butter}
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup semi-sweet colored chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl beat butter and sugars until combined.
Add baking soda, powder, vanilla, and eggs.
Add flour and mix. Then add all the chippers.
Using a cookie scoop, scoop dough onto pan 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.
Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute.
Remove from cookie sheet and cool on wire rack.

Oh my... these were a hit with my family. My husbands parents are in town and we enjoyed these babies right after the girls got home from school. It was a great cookie dipped in milk. It was great cookie alone without the milk.

Have you tried the Smart Balance butter?
I am excited to use it more.

Enjoy-
Carrie
