Ro-Tel Cheese Dip

This past weekend I flew to Utah for a family event and as we traveled down the highway in a white-out to my parents house, I was freezing. I didn't bring a coat because lets face it, I live in Arizona. Who needs a coat! I figured I would just borrow someones! We finally arrived and we made some lunch. My parents whipped this up and it was so good! It warmed me up in no time!
Here is the Recipe:
1 lb. of Velveeta Cheese, cut into 1" cubes
1 can (10 oz.) Ro-Tel Tomatoes and Green Chiles
In a saucepan, combine ingredients; stir over low heat until it is melted.
Serve with tortilla chips.
