Creamy Tomato Pasta

I remember sitting in the kitchen looking for recipes when I came across this recipe for Creamy Tomato Pasta. I didn't have the time or the ingredients to make that recipe though. But... it sounded so good. The thought came to me to use a store-bought Alfredo Sauce and Spaghetti Sauce. Then this recipe was created. I remember thinking... WOW...why I have not thought of this before?? Why have I not made this before?? It is so easy. It is so delicious. It is so kid friendly. Yes... this recipe is a great one!

Here is my recipe:

Creamy Tomato Pasta
By Carrie Perrins
*Inspired by Kitchen Trial and Error's Creamy Tomato Pasta

1 (24oz) jar of Spaghetti Sauce
1 (16oz) jar of Cheesy Ragu Alfredo Sauce or Cheesy Ragu Roasted Garlic Parmesan Sauce
1/2 pound of Farfalle, Rigatoni, or any other kind of Pasta
Parmesan Cheese

Combine spaghetti sauce and Cheesy Ragu Roasted Garlic Parmesan Sauce in a Crock-Pot. Boil pasta according to the directions on the package. Drain and rinse. Pour pasta into Crock-Pot and mix it up so that the pasta is covered in the sauce. Cook on low for 1 hour. Serve with Parmesan cheese.

As you can see in this photo, I made mine this time with Rigatoni, Traditional Spaghetti Sauce, and Ragu Roasted Garlic Parmesan Sauce. But... I do like this recipe with Farfalle.

This recipe is a kid friendly recipe. My girls love it!! I have made it several times over the last few months. We love the mess it makes!

You will want to make this Creamy Tomato Pasta for your kiddos, and see what they think of it, and let me know. This is a great recipe for those busy nights, summer nights, or those nights when you just get back from a vacation and you don't have any fresh food in your house. Either way it is a winner!
I hope that you enjoy it!
