DIY or Professional Weed Control

I remember watching veggie tales with my nephews. This one Larry Boy and The Rumor Weed was always one of my favorites. Rumors spread really easy, and if you know this about me I really try hard not to participate in them. Weeds are just as bad!!!
I live on an acre lot in Chandler, Arizona. My house is in a section of Chandler that is considered country, but yet right in the middle of the city. We are surrounded by properties with horses, goats, chickens, and cows!!  Keeping up with this house is fun but it takes a lot of work! Our weeds on my property have gotten out of control!! My husband and I have tried to keep up the weeds most of the time, but we just haven't had time lately. And another thing is that weed killer is expensive!! One bottle of Round-Up is around $25 dollars, and it only covers like maybe a section of your front yard! We own an acre lot! We have chosen to go with a professional weed company, who knows their stuff!
If you are local we recommend Carter Weed Control! They have been doing business in the valley for a long time, over 40 years. Today they came and sprayed my house! Yea! Can't wait for all of those weeds to die!
