Here is something you may not know about me. I am a sucker for chicken wings. I love chicken wings! My husband got me hooked on chicken wings early on in our marriage. I was talking to my sister the other day and she commented she had never had chicken wings? What!?? In my opinion once you try chicken wings you will never go back! I Promise!
Here is Arizona we have a local wing place, called ATL Wings that we love! I highly recommend this place if you want some very good wings.

But... I love to make wings myself at home too. These Mahogany Chicken Wings are the best, sweetest, recipe I have come across.
Here is the Recipe:
Mahogany Chicken Wings
By Carrie Perrins
*Adapted from Betty Crocker
15 chicken wings
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup molasses
2 Tbsp. chili sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Place frozen chicken in glass or plastic bowl and rinse under warm water and drain. Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl; pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning occasionally. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Line broiler pan with aluminum foil. Remove chicken from marinade but reserve the marinade. Place chicken in single layer on rack in foil-lined broiler pan and brush with leftover marinade.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and turn chicken over and brush with marinade. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until deep brown and juice of chicken is no longer pink. Discard remaining marinade.
Serve immediately with a dip of your choice.
* I don't own a broiler pan. I use a cookie cooling rack. The point of the broiler pan is to lift the chicken off the pan and let air come up from underneath. Like I said my husband has me hooked on chicken wings and this is how he has made our wings since we were first married.

**Warning these photos contain raw chicken, so if you are grossed out... sorry!**
These are delicious! They are my favorite wings hands down!
So.... Father's Day is coming up, right?? Make these bad boys for the men in your life and they will thank you from the bottom of their hearts and tummies!!
Today... I am just winging it!
Enjoy!
