With summer around the corner and the kids home, I like to have easy snacks available for them. One of my go to snacks is a veggie tray. I cut up fresh vegetables and put them in this wonderful vegetable tray that I got from the dollar store ages ago.
I am not sure where I found this recipe or who told me about it, but I really like to make my dip this way.
How do you doctor up a Ranch Dip? Let me show you. This is a thicker and not so creamy ranch dip.
Here is the Recipe:
Ranch Dip
By Carrie Perrins
1 pkg. Hidden Valley® Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
1 (16 oz) container of Sour Cream
1 (8oz) pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined. Serve with your favorite vegetables.
Our favorite vegetables in our vegetable trays are: cucumbers, celery sticks, carrot sticks, olives, and broccoli. What are yours?
Here is to a healthy, yummy summer!
