2. They only require 2 ingredients.
3. They are good.
4. They make an easier clean up.
5. They are fun.
6. They are S'mores-Duh!

Hey you want a S'more?
S'more what?
No...No.. do you want a S'more?
I haven't had anything yet (hesitatingly) so how can I have some more {S'more} of nothing???
Your killing me smalls!!

These are S'more stuff.
First... you take the graham.
You stick the chocolate on the graham.
Then... you roast a mallow.
When.. the mallow is flaming you stick it on the chocolate.
Then.. you cover it with the other end.
Then... you stuff it.

I love that line! I love that movie! If you know me... we have been saying that line for years... your killing me smalls.

Here are my directions:

1. Take out some cookies and separate them. *Here in Arizona things melt very fast in the heat, so mine stuck together.  You might want to stick yours in your refrigerator.

2. Take your big marshmallows and cut one into fourths. Put them on the top of the cookies.

3.Transfer them to a plate that can be microwaveable. Melt them in microwave for 8-10 seconds. Yes... the chocolate does melt a tiny bit but not too bad. Put another cookie on the top and squish together, but be very careful not to break cookie. It does happen, trust me. Then stick a craft stick in the middle. Put on wax paper in a cake pan or something that will fit into your freezer. Freeze for 15-30 minutes. I froze my overnight and they turned out great!

OK... here is my taste tester, my daughter Bo.

She loved them! Yea!
Look at the yummy{Mini} S'more! Marshmallows, Chocolate and Graham Crackers, with only two ingredients.

Now... you can see how my crackers stuck together. I hope this doesn't happen to you. But we did the best we could with what we had. Second... I tried little tiny marshmallows and they didn't really work out. The bigger one was much easier. When you are squishing them the chocolate is melted and you leave fingerprints on the cookies, so try hard not to squish too hard. Also... don't use a whole big marshmallow, it was too big and melted everywhere. I think you have to cut them into smaller pieces.  They aren't the most attractive looking S'mores, but they are {Mini}, which is perfect for my little ones.

Go have some {Mini} S'more's!
Yes... S'more please!
Enjoy your summer get-togethers.
