I am visiting my parents in Utah... Yea. I love my family. We have a bunch of family here... and so we will be preparing lots of food. I really appreciate my mom and her hospitality. It is fun sharing my Pinterest inspired recipes.
Here is My Weekly Menu:
Monday: Sloppy Joe Pizza (Yes... we are having it again... my parents haven't had it before.)
Tuesday: Cherry Coke Chicken (recipe coming soon) with Corn on the Cob.
Wednesday: Cherry Coke Pulled Pork Sandwiches from Queen Acres.
Thursday: Out to eat at one of my favorite Restaurants in Utah... Wallabys Smokehouse.
Friday: Fajita Quesadillas by Better Homes and Garden
I love being here in Utah with my family. I love the weather! It is NOT hot. I love being able to eat outside.
