Sloppy Joe Pizza

I love Sloppy Joe's.  I love Pizza. You combine the two and you get a match made in heaven. I found this recipe in this month's Taste of Home Recipes Magazine. I thought I would give it a try. I approve of this recipe. I even liked it so much I had it for the lunch the next few days.
However, I have never used store bought pizza dough before, so that was a little challenging.

Here is the Recipe:

Sloppy Joe Pizza
By Carrie Perrins
*Adapted from Taste of Home

2 tubes (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough
1 pound ground beef
1 can Manwich® sloppy joe sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Unroll pizza dough on two greased pizza pans. Bake at 425 degrees for 6-8 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet brown your meat over medium heat until no longer pink, drain.
Add sloppy joe sauce. Spread over baked crusts. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake at 425 degrees for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Don't overcook this recipe. The cheese will burn.

I have never used refrigerated pizza dough, so this was a first for me. I really liked it. I liked how it baked. I liked how it tasted. It was a good pizza dough.
I would just unroll and place on pan. In my one time experience, don't try and roll it out into different shapes. I did this and it totally lost its shape. Don't try and handle it to much.
I used a 13X9 pan and it didn't work out to well. I am embarrassed to share these pictures with you... but I am keeping it real.

Overall though... I really like this recipe. It will be added to the monthly menu rotation for sure.
Have you had a good experience with refrigerated pizza dough? Do you prefer a certain kind or brand?
I would love your input on this.
This Sloppy Joe Pizza has been added to one of my favorite recipes... for sure.
