Peanut Butter Banana Shake

Peanut Butter Banana Shake. I wanted a snack mid morning the other day. I was hungry. I wanted something other then just fruit, or yogurt. I needed something different! I made this peanut butter banana shake and oh my... it was very good! I loved the combination of it all. I think I really loved the added cinnamon, you see I added a dash of cinnamon to my recipe and... well a little more than a dash fell in my blender. But... that was okay. I loved how it turned out! I think you will to.

*slightly adapted from see vanessa craft

1 cup almond milk
1/2 of a frozen banana
1/2 of a fresh banana
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
dash of cinnamon-add just a little bit more.. for even a better shake
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Freeze a banana overnight or for a least a couple of hours.  Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Makes 1 serving.

This Peanut Butter Banana shake hit the spot for me. It was very simple to put together. It was only a few ingredients. You can have this for breakfast, for an after school snack, for when you are done with a workout, or for a yummy dessert!
I loved it!
You want a sip... I know you do!
