Strawberry Cream Cheese Bagel Breakfast Sandwiches

Before heading out to the parade on the 4th of July... start your day by making these Strawberry Cream Cheese Bagel Breakfast Sandwiches.
They are really good anytime of the year... but since we are celebrating red, white, and blue on the blog... this can be served on the 4th of July for breakfast.

Strawberry Cream Cheese Bagel Breakfast Sandwiches
By Carrie Perrins

1 (8 oz)  pkg. Philadelphia strawberry cream cheese spread
1 (7oz) jar of marshmallow creme
1 Tbsp. milk
1 package plain bagels (5+ count)
strawberries

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 300 degrees. Slice up your strawberries.
Combine the strawberry cream cheese, marshmallow creme, and the milk.

Divide your bagels in half. Then... spread the strawberry cream cheese mixture onto both sides of your bagels.
Then toast in an oven or toaster oven at 300 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until the the strawberry cream cheese marshmallow mixture is bubbling.  Just make sure you watch them closely so they don't burn.
Looks like this... toasted, hot, and bubbly.

Pull out of the oven very carefully, they will be hot... and top with sliced strawberries. Combine the two bagels. Serve immediately.

Eat away... I love the combination of the marshmallow creme, cream cheese, strawberries, all toasted. Very savory!

Just a little side note... you can use leftover cream cheese for a fruit dip.
Enjoy!
