The Easiest DIY Spider Banner

I know Halloween is in only a few days... but I wanted to share with you The Easiest DIY Spider Banner.

I finally got my entryway table!! I am so excited! As you know... I have been searching for the perfect  piece for a long time.... within a budget of course. I wanted to find something at a thrift store and redo it but I haven't found the right piece. I never did find the table the table I wanted at a thrift store.

There is this new furniture store called American Furniture Warehouse that just opened up in Arizona. If you haven't been... Go Now! It is amazing! I love their life-style furniture.

This is where I found my entryway table.  Yea!!!

In order to decorate it for Halloween... I made The Easiest DIY Spider Banner.

DIY Spider Banner

By Carrie Perrins

Supplies:
white card stock
plastic spiders
spider ribbon
whole punch
hot glue/gun

Step 1: Cut out circles. Any size will do. I cut mine out using the Cricut.

Step 2: Punch hole in circles.

 Step 3: Glue on spiders.

Step 4: Loop through ribbon. In order for them to stay facing forward... I put a small dab of glue on the ribbon in the front.

Step 5: Hang. I told you it was easy!

I printed off this free printable from Kinzie's Kreations! Go here for your own copy.

I spray painted some small books that I found at Goodwill... with black spray-paint. Added a candle with some ribbon tied around it... and hot glued another spider on the ribbon.

I made these cute and adorable spider trees at a friends craft night! Here is the link to make your own. Love them!

I bought the spider at Michael's and hung it upside down... like it was crawling down the wall. I printed off a simple black and white picture and put it into a frame. I centered it with these cool candlestick holders I found at Goodwill... of course spray-painted black and then I added some white candles. I did have to cut the bottoms off... to get the look I wanted.

Yep... I love how it turned out!! Yep... I love my new entryway table!

You may still have to decorate a table or something for Halloween... right?!
Use this DIY Spider Banner... it is really easy to make!

Happy Halloween!
Carrie
