Plastic Table Cloth Valentine Wreath

The baby shower for my friend was a success!
It was successful because of the laughter, the tears, the cute little red and pink dresses, and because of the food. I really enjoyed throwing her this shower!

As my party planning and preparation was in full force... I knew I needed some wreaths on my front door. I took down my Christmas ones and hadn't put any back up.

I wasn't sure what to do.

Then... as I was shopping for plastic table clothes and napkins and plates... it came to me.

Dollar Store Plastic Table Cloth Wreath.

I pulled my straw wreaths from the garage that weren't being used and got to work.

After the baby shower was over... I took off the c's and added some felt hearts for Valentines Day.
Easy Peasy.

Plastic Table Valentine Cloth Wreath

1. Lay your table cloth flat and unfold it. Do not open it all the way.

2. cut 1 ½ inch strips all the way down to the end of the table cloth.

3. wrap several of the strips around the wreath to cover the straw.

4. take your strips and wrap them around the wreath. You will have several pieces of the strip. I just divided it in half and then tied a knot.

5. trim your pieces to the desired length.

6. fluff your pieces.

7. wrap the entire wreath with strips.

8. cut out any letter and hang with bakers twin. After the baby shower, I simply removed the C and  cut out felt hearts and hot glued them together. I then made a bow out of jute twine and hot glued it onto the hearts. I hot glued the hearts to the wreath. I think you could really use anything on these wreaths.

That's it! I love how it turned out! My girls even commented when I was hanging it that it was cute! Thanks to my little helpers who think my ideas are cute.

Yes... I reused them for Valentines Day!

Why not?

They are pink!

They are cute!

I {heart} them! I really do!
Happy Valentines Day!

And... be on the lookout for more ideas coming from the baby shower!
