Almond Poppyseed Muffins.
Yes... they come from a box but we love them!!! I mean really... really... love them!
The flavors of almond and poppyseed makes for a great muffin.
I like to make mini muffins out of these... but today I made standard muffins.
Here is the recipe...
Almond Poppyseed Muffins
By Carrie Perrins1 box of Krusteaz Almond Poppyseed Supreme Muffin Mix
1 cup of water
1 egg
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line muffin tin with paper cups.
Mix together water, egg, and muffin mix. Fold in poppy seeds.
Bake as directed on the box. For the standard muffins it is 16-18 minutes.
Let cool.
These really are my one of my favorite muffins. You can find them in most grocery stores.
If you can't... you can order them here from Amazon.
These are versatile muffins. You can serve them for breakfast or with any meal. We like to serve them with dinner too.
Hope you enjoy these Almond Poppyseed Muffins-
Carrie
